Erica brings 15 years of expertise and experience, from management, ownership and operations perspectives, gathered from running her own chain of dry-cleaning stores. Her knowledgebase ranges from retail operations to strategic business growth. Two family-owned locations were expanded to four, all while improving profitability and performance year over year. Scaling by optimizing techniques learned from firsthand experience in this service-based retail business gives her unique and contemporary insight into the challenges and opportunities available across the dry-cleaning industry.

Before building her own business. Erika worked in corporate retail, including positions with Joske’s, Dillard’s, and The Broadway. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, grounding practical mastery of the latest business techniques on a strong academic foundation.

Intimately familiar with the business challenges, opportunities, and competitive landscape of the Southwest region, Erika understands the differing dynamics of urban and suburban markets, along with cultural expectations that influence customer service expectations across the region. The synergistic combination of her history as a successful entrepreneur and a strong corporate background allows Erika to guide other dry-cleaning owners toward greater operational efficiency, financial growth, increased profitability, and long-term sustainability.
